Live video therapy sessions offered to young adults/adults living in the State of New York. I use a HIPAA compliant platform (SimplePractice) to ensure privacy & conduct sessions.

  • Individual Session: $100

    45 minute individual teletherapy session.

    Common Issues: anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, boundary setting, identity, life balance, communication

  • Couple's Session: $135

    60 minute couples teletherapy session.

    Common Issues: communication, parenting, intimacy, involvement of extended family, division of responsibility, infidelity, disconnection
